Processing Time

Our orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities in China and delivered to customers worldwide.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a separate email notification with tracking information.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+8), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD $69 worldwide.
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout once your order qualifies.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery estimates apply to international shipments dispatched from China after order processing is complete:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Australia: 10–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 12–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, or peak holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

In most cases, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the total order amount at checkout.

Customers will not typically be required to pay additional charges upon delivery. However, customs policies may vary by destination country.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@veirousa.com as soon as possible.

We will review the situation and work with the shipping carrier to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Separate Shipments

In certain cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to inventory availability or warehouse location. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
