Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- In its original packaging
- Free of damage, stains, or signs of use
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process

Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back, to ensure the return is handled correctly.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error caused by Veirousa, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

- Items purchased through final sale promotions
- Used or opened kits that cannot be returned for hygiene or resale reasons
