Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT+8), or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders over $69 qualify for free standard shipping (available for the United States and most European countries).
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 10-15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
- Australia: 10-15 business days
Other Countries: 12–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by Veirousa. Customers will not be required to pay additional charges during or after delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Veirousa is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
For lost packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Separate Shipments
In certain cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments due to warehouse location differences. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
