Return & Refund Policy
Veirousa offers 30 days returns, if you are not satisfied with the item you receive, you can contact us within 30 business days for a return or refund, more than 30 working days can not be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Conditions
2. It must be in the same condition as when it was first received;
3. The product must be in its original packing;
4. Does not affect our secondary sales;

Return & Exchange Process
1. If you need to return or replace an item, please contact our customer service department first, explaining the cause for the return/exchange and giving confirmation of qualified photographs;
2. If your return/exchange request is allowed or declined following our verification, we will contact you through email;
3. Once your return/exchange request has been authorized, you must return the item to the newly provided postal address. If your return/exchange request is declined, we regret that you will be unable to return or exchange your item.
1. Items cannot be returned to the original address. Instead, a new postal address will be mailed to you.
2. Please note that customers are required to pay shipping for refunds and returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
